Joining Life Practice

12. Can you explain in a couple of words how Life Practice works? I’m in a hurry.

Sure, here it goes:

After checking out the site, you make a commitment to join Life Practicesm and “coming to practice.”

Life Practicesm registration – takes about 10 minutes

Next day start “coming to practice”:

o Entering your daily input – 14 questions; takes about 30 seconds
o Gradually (more aggressively if you want) work your daily habits.
o Work with your coach on a regular basis via email and forums.

13. When I join Life Practicesm do I need to buy any special equipment, foods, or books?

Nothing. There are no books, tapes, supplements, no add-ons. You may want to buy a new pair of athletic shoes, but that’s it.

14. I am leery about putting my credit card down and being charged forever and ever for something I may not like.

Our billing policy should take away these fears:

Our introductory offer to you is a 30-day no risk 100% refund. You may decide to leave Life Practicesm at any time within the 30 days and we will give you a 100% refund.

After the first 30 days, you may discontinue Life Practicesm any time you wish and you will not be billed after that notice has been given. We will cease billing and delete your account.

If you are not using Life Practicesm, your coach will contact you and urge you to participate, but if you are not interested, you simply need to notify your coach or Life Practicesm customer service and we will cease billing and delete your account.

In summary, we want you to participate and get the most out of Life Practicesm, but we also understand that Life Practicesm is not for everyone. We pride ourselves on being responsive to all our customers needs –and that includes you wish to discontinue service.
