19. Should I see my doctor before I start Life Practice?

Absolutely! The American College of Sports Medicine (ASCM) recommends that men over 40 and women over 50 should see a doctor when starting ANY exercise program. Everyone should consult their doctor when starting Life Practice. We feel that this is the strongest endorsement Life Practice can get.
