Dana Curran - Getting in Shape

I love helping people learn how to exercise properly.  As simple as working out and training should be, many people struggle.  What should be fun and rewarding is often a battle.  Getting in shape should not be the battle that it is.  As I see it, there are two main obstacles:  one is getting started, the other is sustaining a solid exercise and wellness program.

Getting started can be difficult, but Life Practicesm helps simplify the process.  As you will see in all our materials, the first step is making sure your doctor approves of what you are about to do.  Starting an exercise program is serious business.  Next, realize the importance of establishing a routine.  It really does not matter whether you work out in the morning, noon or night.  The key is finding a time that works for you.  Last, keep it simple.  This is where Life Practicesm and our coaches can help the most - we will help you every step of the way.

There is plenty of time to expand your exercise program.  The beginning point is getting underway - "once begun, half done".

I urge you to join Life Practice™.

"To resist the frigidity of old age one must combine the body, the mind and the heart - and to keep them in parallel vigor one must exercise, study and love."

-Karl von Bonstetten
