Dana Curran - Stress Management  



The best stress reliever is a good workout and this does not need to be a five mile run or an hour in the gym.  Our bodies love motion, activity, and the outdoors.  As much as I rely on exercise for weight control, my biggest pleasure from regular exercise is the effect working out has on my outlook. 

We all have experienced the feeling.  When we are in a good exercise routine, everything else in life seems to work better.  It has always amazed me; the busier I am, the more hectic my life is, the more I need to find some time to exercise. 

I hope you decide to give Life Practicesm a good try.  Our coaches will work with you to develop healthy habits.  Most importantly, we dedicate to helping you sustain your efforts, to keep you "coming to practice".  The stress in our life comes and goes, but has a tendency to smack us at the worst of times - that is why Life Practicesm is so important.  Practicing the basics is a good way to fight the stress demon.
