The best stress reliever is a good workout and this does not
need to be a five mile run or an hour in the gym. Our bodies
love motion, activity, and the outdoors. As much as I rely on
exercise for weight control, my biggest pleasure from regular
exercise is the effect working out has on my outlook.
We all have
experienced the feeling. When we are in a good exercise
routine, everything else in life seems to work better. It has
always amazed me; the busier I am, the more hectic my life is,
the more I need to find some time to exercise.
I hope you
