I currently weigh about the same weight as I did when I
graduated from college and with few exceptions my weight has
not fluctuated too much. But let me tell you, I continually
struggle with my weight. I love to eat. You name it, I love
it: red meat, home fried potatoes, apple pie, ice cream and
even some esoteric delights like scrapple.
Fortunately, I love fruits and vegetables and I love to
exercise. I developed Life PracticeT because I am one of those
people who don't have time to go to a gym every day, and I need
constant support in my battle with the bad food demons. I also
have a family history of heart disease (both my father and
mother). I want to do all I can to reduce and reverse my risk
of a heart attack and heart disease.
As you can see, I am not a health food fanatic and I am far
from the poster child of perfect habits. But I am committed -
I am not going to allow the crazy culture we live in to destroy
my health and cut short my goal to live a healthy, productive
life with my family.
