How does Teamwork use information supplied by me?
Subscribers to Life PracticeSMare asked to supply
certain personally identifying information related to the
Life PracticeSM behaviors -exercise, nutrition, sleep, and
stress management, which is then retained by Teamwork. Additionally,
subscribers may choose to disclose personally identifiable
information on our online discussion forums. If you choose
to give us personally identifying information at such time,
such information will be retained by us and used only to provide
you with Life PracticeSM motivational coaching and support
services you have purchased.
Any personally identifying information provided by subscribers
will remain with Teamwork and be held in strict confidence. This includes access either to your E-mail address or to your
other personally identifying information. Moreover, we will
not sell or rent any specific personally identifying information
obtained through the Web site to any other company or organization.
