"I really appreciate the Private Challenge; it helps me to get things done that could otherwise wait for another day.  While it may seem that my participation is pretty ordinary, I do appreciate the program and expect to see results once the speed bag becomes my friend (smile).  Thanks for your support."  Denise

"I have been doing great on my diet, back to hardly any junk, drinking tons of water...I feel much better already.  I actually didn't hit snooze this morning!!"  Rosie

"The benefit I'm finding is that at different times of the day I think to myself, "Oh yeah, I should drink some water so I can record that I did..." and then I either do it or I don't, but it gets me thinking in terms of what is healthier behavior."  Raymond

"It took me a while to figure out how to use the Private Challenge function, but I now find that it is one of the more powerful features.  Of course I use it to make small but very important improvements in my personal performance."  Bob

"Actually, for me my current challenges are tied to specific snack periods where I was having trouble prior to program.  Now, I'm thinking of changing them as I have those pretty well under control."  Julie

"Life PracticeSM is really helping.  I'm improving in every area...some quicker than others, but all areas are coming along."  Josh

"I feel much better.  I have more energy.  I am not shedding the pounds the way that I think I should be.  I guess it takes time.   I am able to get into some clothes that were not fitting.  So I do feel great about that.  I still have to work harder and get into the eating 5 + fruits and veggies, 8+ glasses of water."  Julie J.

"I think having to login everyday and enter in my amount of exercise and eating habits is very helpful.  It makes me more accountable which is what I need."  Crystal (5 mos. Pregnant at the time)

"The best thing that I am doing now is not giving up.  I just start all over again on the next day ...if I had a set back.  Another note of progress, is the way that the thoughts of improving my health are always on my mind... I have also discovered that most of my set backs are related to stress.  The other morning I was paged at 5a.m. and had to dial in to work from home and fix the computer.  On many days, that would have thrown all my good intentions out the door.  However, now, I just take my time and still eat my healthy breakfast, and still exercise, but get to work later.  I guess that my priorities have changed... or, actually, I am trying very hard to recognize and "re-train" my triggers...

I feel better, and walk better.
I have a long way to go, but just now, I am still working on finding the process that works... My dog LOVES the progress.  On Saturday, I walked him 2 hours, and Sunday, I walked him 1 hour in the drizzle.  Getting him out in the woods by the creek helps me handle the stress better.  I can just zone out and concentrate on tracking the 2 herons that try to stay ahead of us."

"The Life PracticeSM has been really nice.  I'm definitely more conscious of things, good and bad, that I'm eating these days.  Both the baby and I are doing well.  Katherine (4 mos. Pregnant)

"I have focused more on the quality as opposed to quantity. Rather than push myself to exhaustion, I now take a step back and try not to overdo it. I also incorporated yoga into my routine."  Rich

"I knew that it was going to be difficult after a year of inconsistency, so I decided to use the program to achieve some success in areas with a higher probability of success, such as sleep and eating.  Based on my results so far, I'm encouraged to start easing back into a regular exercise routine.  Some mountains move quickly, some get moved a shovel at a time."  Robert D.

"I don't have a solid exercise routine because I am obsessive/compulsive when I exercise.  I have an eating disorder issue and they (Dr. and Nutrionist) would rather I don't exercise regularly right now.  I am planning on walking and bike riding as soon as the weather is consistently nice.  My Doctor thinks Life PracticeSM is coming at a good time for me in my recovery process.  I need to work more on the meal portion, sleep and stress level right now more than the exercise."  P.

"I have always been a creature of habit so changing my routine is not something I can do easily.  I need to do more strength training.  I share joint custody of my 3 children with my ex-husband so the kids live with each of us every other week.  The weeks they are at my house there's no time to go to the gym before I have to drive them to school.  This weekend I am planning to buy some dumbbells so I can do strength training in my home workout room.  I am also planning to sign up for a yoga class.  Life PracticeSM has inspired me!"  Jean
