Life PracticeSM  is built around a non-diet approach to eating. We believe you should eat the foods you enjoy (in moderation) and focus on eating smaller portions, eating more fruits and vegetables and eating healthy snacks. No counting, no substitution, no diets.
If you blend regular exercise with healthy eating habits, you will lose weight – this is not rocket science and you don’t need to buy a book or gizmo. The more you exercise and the more you watch what you eat, the more weight you will lose.

Here is how Life PracticeSM  works as a weight management tool:

When you begin Life PracticeSM  you will have a real coach tracking your progress on a daily basis. If weight loss and weight management is your primary goal, then your coach will work on the habits that help you meet your objective.
Your coach will focus on regular exercise, the basics of healthy eating and will help you fine-tune your program over time. We will link you to areas of specific interest, but we will not be prescribing fad diets or strategies that yield short-term results.
When you hit the wall or begin to backslide, your coach will be there for you. The email you get may be congratulations for reaching your target weight, or a friendly nudge to get back on track. Our promise – the emails you get will be from your coach who is tracking your progress daily; not a tricky database or canned comment.
For people who have serious weight management issues, we encourage you to see your doctor and avoid gimmicks and fad diets. Life PracticeSM  is an excellent supplement to the program your doctor or nutritionist will prescribe.
